LaFave says he’s troubled that Attorney General Dana Nessel would say “Being without heat for even a day during a Michigan winter is emotionally devastating” in a press release on the state’s settlement with propane supplier Ferrellgas, but continues to oppose the ongoing operation of Line Five and disregard the impact its closure would have on the U.P. and the entire state.
